      Pros

      No Line of control, you can walk up to anyone's cabin and start a discussion Freedom to take up projects, you should always be proactive to excel in this company Work is flexible, you can work from home any day of the week unless you have a meeting tie up Opportunities are vast

      Cons

      The pay is not at par with Industry standards ( they compensate by offering good roles at lesser pay)

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
