      Pros

      Phenomenal growth opportunity. If you can land a Global role your exposure to international business is an incredible opportunity.

      Cons

      At the risk of sounding xenophobic, Lenovo is a Chinese company and every year more and more of the U.S. based functions (and jobs) are shifted to China. If you are seeking a role at Lenovo outside of China it would be best to land a Geography specific role, but also realize this will limit career growth.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
