1. Indecisive senior management 2. culture of hierarchy and yes men 3. lack of clear processes 4. ad hoc counter intutive decision making 5. Lack of customer focus 6. Worst HR team that I have interacted with in my career. Absolutely immune to common sense. The policies are also ridiculous and sometimes unethical e.g. even if your employment contract says you can buy out your notice period - they will state that Lenovo policy does not allow buy out.
