      Unlimited time off, flexible hybrid office hours, decent pay

      Cons

      Middle management is only interested in getting themselves higher on the rank instead of helping promote employees, numbers are rough for quotas right now, out of the blue resource actions every so often

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
