I have significant concerns regarding employee compensation, bonus structures, and overall company spending priorities. There is a growing perception that investments in expansion are taking precedence over investments in employees.
I am also concerned about how employees are treated and the consistency of leadership's commitments. The decision to eliminate the hybrid work arrangement after previously assuring employees that it would remain has damaged trust. When commitments are reversed without clear communication or justification, it becomes difficult for employees to have confidence in the organization's leadership.
