Pros
Good pay-bad pay schedule. Good benefits. Teammates are willing to drop everything to help a fellow colleague in need.
Cons
Poor Management from Sales Managers to the Division President, those in these roles have no idea how to manage Home Sales and don’t have much experience in the Real Estate sales field which causes a poor experience for the Consumer and a lot of unnecessary stress for the Sales team. Leadership does not do “the right thing for the right reason” and Favoritism runs deep. If you’re not a well liked employee you will get put in a low performing community in managements hopes of you leaving. Marketing is lacking. Weekly sales meetings consist of everything irrelevant to sales. You won’t know where you stand or where the division stands as far as goals and sales. Training and guidance is nonexistent. No opportunities for Growth.
