Thank you for your feedback. We aim to provide a clear structure and expectations from the very beginning. In addition, we provide weekly coaching and a required coaching card that outlines the exact activities loan officers should complete each week. However, as with any sales role, progress depends on consistent engagement. If a loan officer does not complete their coaching activities or becomes disengaged, there is unfortunately very little we can do to help them build momentum.
