Lendmire Response

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to provide a clear structure and expectations from the very beginning. In addition, we provide weekly coaching and a required coaching card that outlines the exact activities loan officers should complete each week. However, as with any sales role, progress depends on consistent engagement. If a loan officer does not complete their coaching activities or becomes disengaged, there is unfortunately very little we can do to help them build momentum. We appreciate the time you spent with Lendmire and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Very supportive and collaborative work environment with great leadership and growth opportunities.

Cons

Newer company. Does not have the brand recognition enjoyed by more established companies but provides resources also not being offered by them.

Pros

The weekly team meeting helps you stay connected while working remotely, ask questions, hear other people's success stories from the previous week. That part was nice and helpful as someone who is new to the industry.

Cons

They cut you loose if you don't close a loan within a certain number of days. I was getting clients but couldn't approve anyone due to low credit score, high DTI, so it's not like I wasn't receiving applications and they still let me go. Not to mention they let me go right as I had sent a new client my application link for them to fill out, which completely ruined the potential relationship with that client because my real estate agent partner then had to quickly scramble to send them to another mortgage partner.
