1. Culture: The best part about working at Lend Plus is the culture. It's a fun and positive environment. Everyone is respectful, so helpful and supportive. We aren't micromanaged at all. Management is always looking for ways to improve and provide support where needed. At other companies management is always the one looking to gain support from their employees. But the management team here is constantly making sure we have what we need and I love that! 2. Best in processing! The operations team is very knowledgeable and experienced. We can close loans very fast! That really matters on home purchase loans when you've got Realtors who depend on the lender to close quickly and without any hiccups. Loans closing in 15 days or less on a purchase with a bank holiday in between? Not a lot of lenders/banks can say that and perform. Lend Plus does! 3. Future potential. Lend Plus is a small company but that doesn't mean they aren't working on big things. I'm most excited about the potential of the company as they are agile when the industry is old and archaic. They're constantly working on marketing and making sure our pipelines are full.

1. Location: They're in Aliso Viejo, although their office location is nice and the city is beautiful, it's just further from the 5 and 405 then I prefer. They're right off the 73 but that's only good if you don't mind paying the toll fees. 2. Retirement benefits: They don't have any retirement benefits which would be nice. Not a big deal if you're a saver.
