The founder is an avid follower of ‘Jeevan Vidya’ a practise of harmonious thinking. He forces the same upon all the people working there, even when they’re extremely uncomfortable with it
He is often seen saying things like ‘now you’re coming to me on your knees’ or ‘change your zoom logo or you won’t get your salary’ to employees
You’re made to sing the prayer, oath, HR policies every single day. You’re made to clock in your washroom timings in Clockify (a tracking platform) as well which they continuously monitor
They make you share all social media posts of the company on your own personal accounts. We are made to send screenshots of our Instagram archives to them. They have a proper point system for it. They force you to do it even if you disagree. This is highly crossing personal boundaries.
Employees here are not allowed to meet each other after work. Employees are not even allowed to make whatsapp groups with one another
The founder does not appreciate and encourage this. Even though what we do outside the office premises is none of his business
Don’t try asking for a pay raise even though you totally deserve it, cause you ain’t getting one. They will talk you out of it and convince you that you need to do more. In all, you will be maimed.
Oh and lastly, the founder will hold a grudge against you because you put down your papers and even avoid/ stop talking to you. Lastly, HR head is extremely incompetent, lazy and does not get your last procedures done without emailing 50 times and getting the founders involved.
