Flexible lunch hours is the ONLY pros
Cons
Upper management like a scam, did not fulfill promises made during interview to new employees such as benefits. Very disappointing on the management levels. Not willing to offer standard salary to staffs and most of the employees are underpaid. Not recommended for experienced and talented people to work here. ., they will promise you but never realized.
