Pros
A great group of friendly, no-drama folks. If you are honest and give them your best, they will treat you well. Everyone that I have worked with works hard and cares about the job. They are professionals and take care of each other. They usually have decent equipment to get the work done. Lemberg electricians are some of the best paid in the state. Safety is very important. Digging, trenching, and pole-bases are outsourced to a subcontractor. They are loyal to their employees.
Cons
When the economy gets rough, the electricians sit at home. I have worked only 12 months of the last 24. As a result of the economy, the jobs are bid super tight to get the work and that pushes the deadlines to absurdity. There is no room for mistakes and there is plenty of pressure from the top to perform. I have been burned on these crazy low bids already. It is frustrating when you think that you are doing a great job and really moving on a project and then you get told that you are out of hours or worse yet, get reprimanded for not getting it done fast enough.
