Pros
During my time at this company, I was fortunate enough to have a manager who would push the best for our team (best salary, projects, training opportunities, etc). I was involved in many projects and was given the opportunity to grow vertically despite my level of experience. This is a bright bunch of employees that can do great things together.
Cons
With the constant change in management due to poor hiring decisions, the company never had a chance to execute a successful product in it's many years. Also, inappropriate behavior is very common and sometimes promoted.
