      Pros

      Leidos (at least my division) allows me a great work-life balance, including options for full telecommuting.

      Cons

      Very little discussion of career path/development. You're pretty much on your own. Benefits have been whittled-away and raises depend on the profitability of the contract you're working on.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
