Pros

Beautiful, functional equipment, by far the gold standard for usability in the photo industry.

Cons

Incredibly poor corporate structure. Communication is nearly impossible at all turns, it's just as difficult to get the CEO in germany on the phone as it is to talk to the repairs department in new jersey, or your manager sitting in the back room. Massive disregard for employee time and effort, employees are "encouraged" to take on responsibilities far outside of their purview, often ones that mirror by much higher paid senior employees at other branches in order to undercut costs. Distinct company policy against internal promotion. Specifically told by manager that the company does not hire existing employees to fill open positions in higher strata in order to avoid promotion costs and benefits. Constant lying to customers about quality of goods & repair deadlines for damaged equipment. Non existent HR department, currently only one person running the entirety of the HR & Payroll for the entire american branch of the company. Constantly had to check and double check pay stubs, almost constantly incorrect. Massive amounts of overtime that was never paid/registered my store manager.
