Pros
My direct colleagues have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very eager to learn new things and share their own knowledge. The technology itself is incredible to work on! everyone is very driven to make this accessible to the rest of the world.
Cons
Unfortunately the company is micromanaged by a handful of people. Employees are not expected to think for themselves, have opinions or take advantage of their expertise. There is no drive for quality, only fast results. This greatly impacts work enjoyment and general morale. Since there are offices around the world, there are no fixed office hours. Meetings are often early in the morning or late at night.
