Yes comission/ gross and benefits are good. Great diversity in staff and location/peers are awesome.

Very Long hours Work on holidays.However, Get yelled at in front of customer, disrespected and the team does not work together. GM has a big ego and is very obnoxious. If you are not in agreement with him, your treated like crap. Its obvious. Go some where you are respected and appreciated. Owner has no clue how his employees are treated. "Big turnover" Hello...?
