Pros
I joined Legit at an exciting time, the company is growing fast, the product is getting real traction with big customers, and there's a genuine feeling that we're building something great for our industry and clients. The people here are smart, collaborative, and everyone seems to actually care about what we're doing. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas, which is not something I always experienced in the past. The brand and positioning work is taken seriously and Im greatfull for that, which as a designer is super important. There's real investment in making Legit stand out visually and strategically, not just "make it look nice."
Cons
Startup pace means things move fast and priorities can shift quickly and thats something I used to. Sometimes there's a lot on the plate at once, and you need to be okay with juggling. The design team is incredibly professional and efficient, mainly because it's just me :) so you wear a lot of hats. Also, being in a competitive space (ASPM/AppSec) means the pressure is on to keep up with bigger players, which can feel intense at times.
