      Pros

      The Managing Director does everything the company does too. He is not above us and is ready to coach us one on one to make sure we all give 100%. There are a lot of skills to learn and apply in this role, which makes it impossible to fall in boring routine as you face new challenges.

      Cons

      The office was not designed to have people cook food, so warm food has to be acquired elsewhere.
