The company's main problem is its leadership. Both founders lack experience in a well-run company as they are college dropouts. They are also exceptionally cold and arrogant. They believe the legal profession requires a harsh and haughty frame of mind. Turnover is extremely high for such a small company. The company brands itself as a tech startup but is simply a litigation finance company run by younger people with the character flaws previously stated. By far the worst company I have ever worked for -- and I've only given the
