Pros

Able to work remotely. Job was relatively easy. The team was nice. Great benefits.

Cons

Terrible customer service. I couldn't work for a company where I couldn't recommend the services offered to family and friends. It's a pass for me. Terrible career move. It's been difficult to find employment after working for LegalZoom.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
