Pros
If you get the right managers, you'll have all the support in the world. In my year at LegalZoom, I've had managers who have helped me move into new positions and roles and i've been rewarded for the work I've put into my job. LegalZoom does a good job rewarding the people who show up, but you have to show up and be engaged in your job.
Cons
There are constant changes going on in this place. While this keeps you on your toes, it can be confusing to employees and customers on how things work.
