      Pros

      Nice amenities and flexible hours, which makes it easy for a work-life balance. Fun events many times during the year.

      Cons

      - Salary not even making market rate - Senior tech leadership doesn't care but anything but meeting the bottom line and pleasing the board - Tech teams are overworked to meet unrealistic deadlines - No one wants to fix existing issues impacting internal teams and customers - Ticket support system is a joke - People that been around a long time, but do a bad job seem to always get promoted - Salary raises are a joke

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
