Pros
Even though its Remote Work and they hire via a local HR firm to manage your payroll. They don't treat you any differently than a regular onshore employee. There's a good amount of work that comes with its own challenges, which gives a good learning and growth.
Cons
It's full time remote work, and if you're somebody who likes to talk to people a lot in person everyday, then you need to a good friends circle outside of your work.
