great team and manager, CEO is very down to earth and culture overall is very collaborative

There needs to be better recognition and pay for contractors. Leadership seems to award and recognize full time employees, however underpays contractors who work directly on the product and is the driving force for the legal AI. Annotations team requires a JD/legal background yet only pays $25-30 per hour which is ridiculous, even entry level bachelor degree holders earn more.

The base pay is alright.

It's a startup and there are a lot of flaws. One of the first BDR's for this company things were ALWAYS changing. The quota would change in the middle of the month and every month it was different and you wouldn't get told it until the middle to end of the month. Your pay for commission always changed as well. There is definitely favoritism involved as well.
