Pros
The team here is so caring and fun! We live by our core values. One thing that a new hire recently expressed to me was 'I was so surprised to hear you guys tell each other 'I love you!'. When hiring people, I always tell them that we are a noisy bunch. We love to play music, play games, talk and just have fun. We are also very driven. It's hard to do mediocre work when your team around you is driven to be successful.
Cons
We are a start up company (going on almost 3 years) so there is a lot of grace to be had as we learn more things about operations and hiring. For a start up, we have grown very fast, which comes with both its pros and cons. You have to be flexible and adaptable to work here, however I think the leadership team does a great job of communicating from the top down.
