The product direction is one of the most exciting parts. AI is being actively encouraged across the business, not just talked about. We get to use some of the latest AI tools (Claude) and the company is beginning to introduce AI across the wider product suite. That makes the client conversations more interesting and gives the role a strong forward-looking feel.
