Pros

Our team is constantly and consistently working together towards our clearly aligned goals. I started in this role in the midst of a pandemic, and was welcomed with open arms and numerous resources. I truly have never worked for a company that cares so much about the individuals. This ongoing support and positive energy, contributed to high productivity levels and feelings of purposefulness during such an uncertain time. We are encouraged to maintain a work/life balance as well as vocalize any concerns we have in order to ensure organizational alignment. I have already been exposed to opportunities to further my education and proficiency with common software/systems. Continuous improvement is a vital aspect of the company and I am very lucky and happy to be apart of it. Although we have all been working remote, I still feel close and connected with my coworkers. I cannot wait to be back in the office, and I think that speaks volumes on how great this company is.

Cons

This is a flexible and continuously changing and improving company, if someone is not flexible they may view that as a con. However, working for a startup is exciting and invigorating, I think the hustle and bustle makes this company great. It is an ever-changing environment as we are resilient towards the changes that surround us.

Pros

Great culture, communication, exposure to other areas of the company and opportunity to advance

Cons

None really, it's a younger company that still has a start up feel, so the only con would be having to be very flexible and wear a few different hats to get the job done.

Pros

Start-up mentality with the ability to wear multiple hats while working on simultaneous projects. It’s a B2B2C company working across multiple verticals so you have the ability to learn/network in multiple growing industries.

Cons

Compensation/Salary, by far. You will be expected to work/travel day/night/weekends wearing multiple different hats. As it is a start up environment, it’s usually understood that your salary will be less than market rate, however, for this you should be compensated on the back end. There was none of this. I don’t regret anything and consider it a stepping stone as I learned a lot but you need to be able to afford to live at a minimum. The expectations vs salary were totally unrealistic. *l can only speak to my experience, this may have changed*
