Pros

Coworkers were very nice and amazing to work with.

Cons

Very poor leadership, conflict resolution skills, and management just to name a few. If you have an issue of abuse, or a hostile work environment their best response is fire you. Defiantly research this company's reputation before tying your career to this company. Not financially responsible.. tied to questionable and illegal dealings meant to be hush, hush and swept under the rug.

Pros

Lovely offices and perfect location. Business Casual dress code, free drinks and snacks

Cons

No employee handbook and start looking for other work if the top manager doesn't like you because you will be given a bad review where you're accused of errors or unproductvity then when you ask for examples management is vague. Not long after you'll be let go.

Corporate infrastructure is an absolute disaster No concept of how to run multiple state branches while remaining compliant. Will promise and ensure you longevity, use you and your business, then toss you out like trash. Take advantage of your hard work and never praise you for the work you put into them and growing their business. Owners and Chain of command not in place making it impossible to run a branch office successfully and to their expectations. Will ignore all requests, forget requests, and flat out refuse to accommodate what requirements are needed for said branch to thrive. Work space consists of at least two employees stuffed into an 8x8 work space. They WILL come for you, offer the world and more to get you on their team, then toss you out like trash after investing your own personal time and money into helping build their brand and will tell you its because business is slow then hire in 3 new employees I believe their morals and ethics are waaayy off scale for the industry Very Clear that management depends on hearsay without conducting a proper internal employee investigation and lose what WAS an asset to their company and was 200% devoted and passionate about the work put into the company No employee Handbook No Best Practices in place
