- 4.3 out of 5 Stars with 23 reviews on Google
These are not characteristics of a company of which you describe. It would be impossible to achieve these milestones if Legacy Restoration was such a company.
Your characterization of Legacy Restoration is just flat out wrong. It is not uncommon for people to try and sell in this tough business and find out that you are not a good fit for this industry, the insurance restoration industry. There is no question that your paychecks cashed each pay period. Thank you for mentioning that Legacy provides decent pay. You mentioned the draw with the company. Were you asked to pay back your draw when you left the company? No, you were not. Legacy pays their Sales Reps and takes on the risk of that Sales Rep to perform, all the while still providing compensation.
Legacy Restoration would never ask a Sales Rep to leave the organization if they are able to keep up with their sales quota and conduct themselves in an ethical manner. Legacy Restoration understands that not everybody can make it in this industry.
We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
