Pros
Good place to learn the industry. Legacy excels at training their future competition.
Cons
Unless you're willing to dedicate your life to Legacy this isn't the place for you. The demands/requirements are many. Leadership at Legacy often mentions improved quality of life. At Legacy, Legacy is your life, especially if you are in sales. I walked away from $200k/yr and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I left over 6 months ago and my quality of life has never been better! The cons here are many, from constantly getting shorted on commissions (over $30k in shortages that I was paid after bringing the errors to their attention on a regular basis) to the countless hours they demand. When you leave (the sales group is a revolving door) you get no commissions. You are made aware of no future commissions when you sign the employment agreement but when a job is 90%-99% paid you'd think some commission would be in order.
