Pros
The longest tenured employees seem to do well and do put in the time and hours
Cons
Everything funnels up. I get that somebody new needs to develop some cred and trust to earn their stripes. And there are a handful of very successful people there. But basically they are given the pick of the litter. There is LOTS of turnover outside of 5 or 6 people, and that's a big reason why.
