Generally okay - Associate Legacy Advantage Employee Review

The office has a really nice, helpful, and fun culture. When I first got here I was a little afraid to ask too many questions but they very quickly made it clear that they expected me to ask questions; and I have yet to hear or see anyone tire of me asking for help. We have monthly "Team Lunches" that are paid for by the company. Management does make an effort to offer to employees (open to regular workers AND co-op students) chances to learn new skills that will help them grow and advance professionally, both at Legacy and elsewhere. There is also very little bureaucracy! All in all, this is a very relaxed and fun place to work, I would most definitely recommend this job to any and all co-op students.

As this is a start-up company (it has been operating for a few years now) there is very little structure/processes; though they are currently working on improving this and my input/feedback is valued in regards to my experiences. Minimum wage for CO-OP STUDENTS, though if you care more about learning than wage, then this is the place for you!

- Legacy is a great place to work which gives all employees many learning opportunities each day. - Bob the owner/manager is very honest and open which makes you able to bring up any questions, concerns and not feel that it will have a negative impact on your job. - There are great incentives set up based on quality and substance of work, which if you are willing to work hard you can make a great salary. - There is a very flexible work schedule which allows you to work at the times that work best for you. - Good medical and dental benefits - If you are wanting or are doing the CPA program, Legacy helps support both financially and by hitting all core competencies.

- Right now the team is quite small and since there is such awesome flexible hours, it is sometimes hard to get a really good "team" feeling in the office but I think as Legacy continues to grow this will become stronger - It would be nice if there was a health & wellness benefit for the employees
