- You get to work on some really cool projects with really cool clients. - The people are great, the people at LFL are some of the smartest in their field that I've met

- It's remote which is really great for flexibility and life but I do wish I got to see my team in person more

I’ve been at LFL for over two years and can hands down say it’s the best company I’ve worked for. The culture and community is what other companies strive to have. I feel valued and respected for my knowledge and experience. I’m also given many opportunities to expand and grow my career. The work life balance is ideal. LFL makes extremely smart business decisions and I can’t wait to see where it takes the company.

While the remote work is a huge plus, the con from this is only knowing coworkers virtually.
