      If you are looking for a place to work that has one of the most creative people, this the perfect place. Creativity and innovation is what LFL thrives one and their work proves itself.

      Cons

      - Culture at Left Field Labs is going downhill, majority of it is due to Leadership team. - Everyone is overworked and under appreciated

      Pros

      I’ve been at LFL for over two years and can hands down say it’s the best company I’ve worked for. The culture and community is what other companies strive to have. I feel valued and respected for my knowledge and experience. I’m also given many opportunities to expand and grow my career. The work life balance is ideal. LFL makes extremely smart business decisions and I can’t wait to see where it takes the company.

      Cons

      While the remote work is a huge plus, the con from this is only knowing coworkers virtually.
