For the sake of others reading this review, it is company policy that an employee will be asked to leave when their employment is terminated if we’ve identified the need to protect the rest of the team. We’re really proud of our team and while creating great work is core to our business, work-life balance is one of our core values.

      Pros

      - You get to write about an amazing city and everything that goes on within it. - There are loads of opportunities to learn new skills, particularly in copywriting, SEO, content strategy and social media. - You get to work with an amazing bunch of people who are full of passion for Leeds and are absolutely brilliant at what they do. - You get to know everything that's going on in the city before anyone else does. - You'll know every good place to eat, drink or visit (and every bad place to not visit). - The company has grown a lot recently and is heading in a great direction, with exciting expansion plans. - It's a unique proposition in the city - there's no other copywriting job quite like it. - No two days are ever the same.

      - It's easy for it to be all consuming, so work/life balance needs to be front of mind for everyone.
