Our company culture has always been to support our team members with a good work-life balance. We provide 5 or 10 days (based on hire date) of flexible PTO days plus 5 days of PSL (personal or family care) to all employees after 90 days of employment. With that, the employee can choose to select whichever day or holidays they wish to observe their paid time off. Understandably, some have found this to be foreign if they have worked for only companies that require using the days for only fixed U.S. holidays and specifically call it "holidays off". Our team members come from all walks of life and have been very favorable for having a flexible PTO plan that allows them to select whichever personal U.S. or non U.S. holidays they want to use their PTO. Some have even chosen to use the time for longer multiple days of PTO than for single days. In addition, after the first year of employment, the team member gets an additional 5 days of paid vacation time. We are happy to provide this type of flexibility to meet the personal needs of our team members.

Pros

Good coworkers, good location, good location amenities

Cons

Worked here 2 years and i would avoid this place at all costs, low pay systems administrator starts of like at 60k and they expect you to be know it all and fix everything thats out there. No company car for onsite techs and low mileage reimbursement rate. No work from home or hybrid option. Make employees go to another city for a meeting when they can do that from Teams. Threaten you with no raise if you make little mistake in ticket. Most employees are not happy there, very high turnover rate

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We take all reviews seriously and are committed to maintaining a professional workplace. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as it’s always our goal for things to work out positively. As a client-focused organization, we place a strong emphasis on communication, accountability, and consistent follow-through to support both our team and the clients we serve. We work to set clear expectations for all roles and provide the structure needed to help employees succeed in a fast-paced service environment. We strive to offer competitive salaries based on experience, responsibilities, and performance, and we review compensation regularly. Travel is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate, the widely accepted benchmark for business use. We are an in-office organization, and this is clearly communicated during the hiring process so expectations are aligned upfront. While we actively use tools like Microsoft Teams, there are times when in-person meetings are valuable for team alignment and client service delivery. We understand that not every workplace is the right fit for every individual, and we respect that perspective. At the same time, we remain committed to fostering a professional, accountable, and supportive environment for both our employees and the clients we serve. Many of our team members build long-term careers with us, with an average tenure of approximately 7 years, which reflects the stability and commitment within our organization. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
