you had a set schedule. a lot of friendly people

there seemed to be no one to tell complaints to that would try to fix the problem you had. there were some really negative people

- There are some Nurses and CNA who are friendly who willing to work together with you - they offer some bonuses when you pick up an extra shift - at least there are always two nurses for AM and PM shift (Some facility only has 1 nurse for 40-50 residents, which is crazy) - Parking lot is pretty spacious compare to other Nsg home.

- some CNA may give you an attitude when you don't know them that well (Befriend your CNA, and your life will be easier) - Not much of a benefit can be offered - starting salary may be low (Depend)
