Pros

People with a darker skin tone are being held back. There is a big difference in salary between 2 Provisioning teamleaders. If you have a darker skin tone, you first have to prove yourself to get a salary raise. While the white people just get it upon entry. I know that someone from the company will come here and say it's not true. But check the actual facts. And speak with your own people.

Cons

Asking for a salary raise will be the start of your firingprocess. Or your manager will tell you something just to keep you quiet and nothing will change. A lot of times I hear HR saying, I wish you would've come to me and talked to me. Well this is the reason why some people do not approach HR.
