Work life balance is amazing , specially I remember getting calls from HR to understand how me and my family are doing during those difficult times and asked me to take time off in a day if feeling burned out I had a very good team and the dynamics were good
Cons
Less opportunities for growth. It is bot difficult to grow after you reach certain level
