      Management team was an absolute joke during the busiest time of the year. The customer service manager was a creepy, disgusting man who would hit on young women in the team, while pretending to be “one of us”. He idolised lazy workers and promoted them over other people in the business which forced people to leave, and got away with it all by being close with HR.completely unorganised workplace to the point where staff were walking out daily while the manager is drinking on the job.

      Good place to work overall. The past year has brought a lot of positive change, and with some underperforming staff leaving, the office is now a much nicer environment day to day.There’s a clear expectation to do your job properly , if your work isn’t finished, you’re expected to take ownership and complete it. Support from the Ops Director and HR is strong. I don’t agree with comments about low pay. You might start lower, but pay increases are given regularly based on performance without needing to ask.
