Good place to work overall. The past year has brought a lot of positive change, and with some underperforming staff leaving, the office is now a much nicer environment day to day.There’s a clear expectation to do your job properly , if your work isn’t finished, you’re expected to take ownership and complete it.
Support from the Ops Director and HR is strong.
I don’t agree with comments about low pay. You might start lower, but pay increases are given regularly based on performance without needing to ask.
