Pros
can work with inspiring and motivated people to promote education abroad. Even if you're to an education major, it's a great experience for personal and professional growth and to meet new people.
Cons
It's mostly student-run so the people/ staffers change every year which makes it a little hard for the organization to have robust structure as it depends on who is running position each year.
