      Pros

      Learnupon has a lot of great people working there. They used to have a really great company wide culture of humility, team work and everyone rolled up their sleeves and got the job done, all the way up to the CEO. This attracted some of the best people I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Some teams still have that great culture and they would be really positive places to work. I would advise anyone interested in an opportunity at LearnUpon to pay close attention to the reviews here on Glassdoor especially noting the teams reviewers are coming from. I would say the reviews are accurate for their teams.

      Cons

      The Product and Engineering teams have lost this great culture. Simply put there was a change in leadership in both Product and Engineering and those teams are now toxic. This is so disappointing to see a once great culture turn around like this. I would say the money and benefits are about average. If you're willing to put up with a toxic culture I would say go and work in Amazon or Linkedin, at least you'll get paid well to put up with this toxicity. An example here: a whole bunch of long term employees who gave the best years of their careers to build learnupon have been cast aside, put on PiPs and allowed to burn. There are a lot of PiPs in Learnupon Product and Engineering by the way. More than I have ever seen in my career

      Pros

      If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter, your teammates have your back, and leadership actually knows your name and your dog’s name, LearnUpon is it. From a sales perspective, this is the dream: ✅ A product people actually want ✅ Clear direction without micromanagement ✅ Leadership that’s transparent, approachable, and doesn’t pretend to know everything (refreshing, right?) ✅ Revenue targets that are ambitious but not soul-crushing The vibe here is “get stuff done and have a laugh doing it.” My calendar has a healthy mix of pipeline reviews and random Slack debates about the best office snack (spoiler: it’s not rice cakes).

      Cons

      Look, no place is perfect. We’re still ironing out a few systems as we scale—like that one tool that requires a full moon and three support tickets to log in—but it’s all part of the growth journey. And no one’s too precious to roll up their sleeves.
