Poor organisation - Team Leader Senior Learn by Design Employee Review

Poor organisation by the structure- The company's ability to plan is awful. The failure of planning is disastrous in multiple aspects including incorrect timetabling, insufficient resources and poor levels of training provided to staff. Misleading marketing- The marketing videos sent to children for summer school programmes are deliberately misleading. Suggesting that they will do numerous activities such as rowing and kayaking. However, such activities are site-specific and this is not suggested to the children.
