Great Learning opportunity, supportive and people oriented leadership. All Leaders are very approachable and quick to take action on feedback. Since it is a growth center there are lot of opportunities available. One needs the zeal to take up new challenges and excel.
Cons
Support from corporate office is limited and hence a bit cumbersome to work with support functions like HR and Purchase
