Pros
The company is constantly growing, expanding and restructuring. Nearly everyone there has years of experience in many different areas. Each team works well with each other and the other teams.
Cons
As mentioned before, there is lots of restructuring. The company seems to have at least 2 major changes in either high level personnel or process. There is also some frustration between the teams when it comes to responsibility for issues that come up.
