As always, my door, HR and the doors of your managers and sales leaders are open if you have any issues and would like to have a direct conversation. Making sure every sales rep is successful as we scale is very important and is a corporate objective, as such we have invested a lot in the past 6 months to transform our sales organization in FY20 to be one of the best in the industry. We’ve brought in experienced leadership, we’ve transformed our territories to balance accounts fairly, we revamped our sales comp plans to make them not only competitive but also uncapped the earnings potential, so the sky's the limit on commission. We have also instituted may new sales policies and programs such as LeanData Sales Academy, Presidents Club, adjusted quotas across the board to make sure our sales team can achieve their goals. We’ve hired many more ADRs and boast one of the only sales organizations that have a nearly 1:1 ADR to Sales AE ratio. Again, sales is not easy and change can take time but with the help and support of a program and organization such as the one at LeanData, we hope all of our sales team members can achieve their goals.
