Lean Coaching was a great company in which to work . Interesting projects, great clients and fantastic workforce, many of whom were ex Toyota production management. It suffered from very poor management which led to liquidation. This was in no part down to the great people who worked there. Dishonest and greedy leadership led to the demise of this company.

Liquidation was forced on this company due to not paying UK tax and failing in payments to contractors, employees and suppliers. They continue to trade. Beware ! Many people have considerable financial loss from this company over a prolonged period. Many businesses linked to Lean Coaching have also suffered liquidation and gone bust.

Sometimes was difficult to meet some colleagues at all - all busy with different projects in different regions
