A company that’s completely lost it’s way - Sales Associate Leafly Employee Review

Leafly has always been a fun place to work but in the last year we've gone through so many position changes and layoffs along with leadership changes that the place has gone into a complete tailspin. The CFO and CCO aren't capable of doing the bare minimum it takes to run a successful company. They constantly miss timelines, don't give the team goals until the month is over (this happened in January), lack any understanding of what's actually happening at the company and then refuse to talk to employees about what's coming next. This has led to confusion and resentment, but also fear from employees who continue to work hard without knowing if the company will play games with the commissions checks again. They don't seem to care about their employees or the amount of ill will they have caused because at the end of the day, they are going to collect they're fat bonus checks while the rest of the team chases outrageous goals and can't collect commissions. In my 2 years at Leafly I've seen a once thriving and ambitious company get flipped into a failing organization led by people who are completely unable to lead a company in the weed industry. Leafly is full of great people who are being failed by leadership. Its that simple
