Pros

A chance to join an exciting and growing industry.

Cons

Senior management is the biggest con to working here. Their style of leadership and questionable decision making is the reason turnover is so high lately. The company is bleeding talent with people leaving every week, but just like everything else that’s swept under the rug, management hasn’t said or done anything about it. Look for former employees on LinkedIn before joining and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Team morale is low, and the lack of any swim lanes or processes mean you will do 5 different jobs while being paid for 1. People have set their slack status to “attempting to take vacation” and some teams are expected to work on company wide holidays or summer Fridays. The name of the game here is hustle at all costs, but don’t expect to be compensated for all the work you’ll do outside of your job description. No emphasis on culture or employee happiness. Absentee leadership in certain departments. Talent is fleeing this company. The company made a big deal about improving diversity, but this is not a diverse environment. If you aren’t a “bro” you won’t get a seat at the table.

Cons

No career progression CEO and CRO have never worked in cannabis(not artie anymore) no customer support no one knows what they are doing unrealistic commission structure 4 layoffs in one year and counting. Leaflink used to be the best and now the industry hates them. ask around. Its corporate greed now. sadly not a community company
